The finest Sound Bath experience in the Cotswolds
To lead happy, healthy lives we need to balance activity with recovery, an equilibrium many of us struggle to achieve. Sound Baths can help. They're beautiful, immersive experiences shaped by a broad spectrum of sound that promotes a profound state of calm.
As you lie back and relax, we bathe you in soothing sounds from crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, small gongs, chimes and percussion instruments. Repetitive yet evolving harmonious patterns activate your parasympathetic nervous system, while forging new pathways in the brain.
Our aim is to trigger a relaxation response through sound, that will improve mood, recovery and, eventually, your outlook on life.
We'd love to share a sound bath with you in some of the loveliest studios and venues in the Cotswolds. Many of our performances have a waitlist, so please book in advance to avoid dissapointment. More dates are being added all the time, so check back often...

Prana Sanctuary is a duo that performs Sound Baths throughout the Cotswolds and beyond, crafting transcendent experiences and journeys with sound. We appear in our favourite studios and are available for private functions and events. Often we perform together, sometimes alone, but always using sound to foster connections between ourselves, our audience and the wider world.
Simon started playing classical guitar at the age of six, which sparked a lifelong passion for music. Piano, synths and a variety of other instruments followed. Inspired by the restorative effect of ambient music, he founded Prana Sanctuary with his wife Jo in 2017.
Simon is a writer by profession, and regularly contributes to Music Radar, Guitar World, Guitar Player and Future Music. He also writes about performance and recovery for a variety of sports magazines.
Simon is an advanced (RYT500) Yoga Teacher, has trained with the Peter Hess Institute and studied soundscape composition at Goldsmiths.
Jo Fellows is a groundbreaking therapist, healer, sound practitioner and co-founder of Prana Sanctuary.
As Reiki master/teacher, advanced yoga teacher, Qigong teacher and meditation teacher, she’s found that playing the singing bowls to create harmonious sound and vibration positively influences our well-being. She also trained in sound at the Peter Hess institute.
Jo’s vision is to continue holding space for clients to slow down, connect to their senses, and become architects of their own wellbeing and healing.
